Norma L. Bellcoff joined CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. Wealth Management Team in February 2020 as Vice President of Business Development and Trust Officer. She has over 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, with more than 28 years in trust services administering trusts, estates, and agency, institutional and nonprofit accounts. Norma also shares her knowledge and guidance as she continues to grow her long list of client relationships throughout southwestern Illinois.

Norma completed her undergraduate studies in Finance/Accounting at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a graduate of Cannon Trust School I and II. Understanding the impact of giving back to the community, Norma serves on the, Southwestern Illinois College Foundation Board and the John N. and Diana N. Bellcoff Memorial Tamburitzan Scholarship Advisory Board as well as Hospice of Southern Illinois, Jackie Joyner Kersee Foundation, Lynne F. Solon Foundation, United Way of Greater St. Louis’ Southwestern Illinois Division Auxiliary Board and the Pittsburgh International Folk Arts Institute (The Tamburitzans). She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis.
